Founded in 2021; Genesis Au Pairs is a South African-based international recruitment and cultural exchange agency dedicated to placing young adults in life-changing opportunities abroad. We specialise in Au Pair, Summer Camp USA and Teaching English programmes that allow participants to gain global exposure, develop professionally, and grow personally while serving families, schools, and communities around the world. Driven by integrity, faith-based values, and excellence, Genesis Au Pairs is committed to guiding candidates from their first enquiry through to successful placement and beyond. Our Founder/CEO is a proud past Au pair who has been to USA, Europe and has over 19 years of changing lives on cultural exchange programs. She is also the winner of KZN Small Business Woman of the Year North Coast KZN 2025. All of our agents have worked abroad and are ready to assist you on your adventure.

Participants live with host families, provide childcare support, and experience daily life in a new culture while earning a stipend, receiving accommodation, and gaining international experience.

Teaching Programmes:

These programmes offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through education while exploring vibrant cultures abroad.

Summer Camp USA

A short term (3-4 months) work program in USA involving working with kids in sports and recreation.
